Hi, I’m Michał Walczak

Engineering Manager and cloud enthusiast based in Poland.

I started my career deep in the Microsoft ecosystem — SharePoint, Azure, .NET, Windows Phone — and over the years grew into engineering leadership. These days I focus on building and leading engineering teams, with a soft spot for cloud architecture and DevOps.

This site is my personal space for technical gotchas, notes, and things I’ve learned the hard way. The kind of stuff that doesn’t fit into a LinkedIn post but is too useful to forget.
